A BYU Grad

I couldn't be more proud of my sister! 

She graduated from BYU as a Broadcast Journalism Major and is going to be working for KUTV as a freelance producer!

She has always been such a great example to me and I couldn't have been more happier to get to be there to celebrate this BIG step in her life with her!

I was happy to celebrate graduation with the majority of my roommates. With crazy schedules it's hard to get us in the same place all at once.

It's hard to believe that this program I once couldn't imagine doing is now almost over.

                   I've officially earned my ears!

I'm sorry it's been so long since I've posted...

But:

#1- I have been busy

#2- I was out of the country

For a graduation slash 20th birthday present my mom took me to Europe for 10 days! Lucky, lucky me! It was truly a life-long dream come true!

I'll be going into more day-by-day detail of my trip soon, but while photos are still being uploaded and my experiences are being journaled - here is a quick preview of the beautiful cities I got to tour!

I got to spend the first half of my dream trip in 

London, England

And the second half of my dream trip was spent in 

Paris, France 

(and some surrounding suburbs)

Presenting the class of 2011:

We had to meet early at the college to line up and make our way down to the Burns Arena. I was excited and nervous! It didn't feel like I was really graduating.

Being that it was Dixie State College's centennial year, the graduation ceremony was extra special!

The President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints {Thomas S. Monson} was the graduation speaker. 

It was really neat to hear the prophet speak in person! He did such a great job! He really is such a cute and funny guy! However it was kinda weird to clap after the prophet's speech.

I had several of my family come to the ceremony to support me! It was great to know that as I walked through the 'D' they were in the stands cheering me on!

I can't believe that I'm already done with my associates agree! It's crazy!! Now to decide what's next....
